Our project was related to SSJ-100, MC-21, CR-929 airplane programs. Several new concept design programs: new Super Sonic Jet, new single-aisle short-range aircraft with engine above wing, new thermoplastic parts for space rocket structures and many more.
Concept design: general layout, passenger arrangements, mass calculation, wing and empennage position, landing gear location
Stress analyis of static, fatigue and damage tolerance form composite and metal structures
We created own world-class optimization tool for multiload cases optimization
We created cure process simulation tool that enable to calculate ply-by-ply residual stress and springback geometry
Certification of composite structures is the key factor. Current approach is based on AC-107B and AMC 20-29 is costly due to the resources and time for many application. But it is paramount!
Massive amount of mathematic modeling of all processes related to composites is the key to decrease time and money.
